- Items that show signs of use or are damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return or refund.

- If the product is defective due to manufacturing errors, damage during shipping, or if you received the wrong item, we will accept returns and refunds regardless of the product's condition.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

4.Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.

Can I cancel the order

This depends on the status of your order. 1. If the product you ordered is a handmade custom product and it is already in production, the order cannot be canceled. 2. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. Therefore, please wait for the package to arrive, and you can either keep the package or contact us for a refund. Please do not refuse delivery, as undelivered packages will be destroyed by third-party logistics.
