- To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Items that show signs of use or are damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return or refund.

Can I cancel the order
This depends on the status of your order. 1. If the product you ordered is a handmade custom product and it is already in production, the order cannot be canceled. 2. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. Therefore, please wait for the package to arrive, and you can either keep the package or contact us for a refund. Please do not refuse delivery, as undelivered packages will be destroyed by third-party logistics.
