2. Payment Processing
- All transactions are processed immediately upon checkout.
- Orders will commence fulfillment only after payment authorization is confirmed by your financial institution.
3. Currency & Fees
- All prices are displayed in Pound (£) unless otherwise specified.
- International transactions may incur currency conversion fees determined by your bank/payment provider. tumahy.uk does not control these charges.
4. Security Guarantee

- We do NOT store full credit card details or sensitive payment data on our servers.
5. Order Confirmation
- A payment receipt will be automatically emailed to you upon successful transaction.
- Review order details in your confirmation email and contact support@tumahy.com within 24 hours for corrections.
6. Refunds & Disputes
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
- Klarna payments follow Klarna’s refund policy outlined at klarna.com.
7. Failed Payments
If your payment fails:

② Contact your card issuer to approve international/online transactions.
③ Retry with an alternate payment method if issues persist.

- Bank/card network delays or errors.
- Fraudulent transactions processed through verified payment gateways.
