  • Orders will commence fulfillment only after payment authorization is confirmed by your financial institution.

3. Currency & Fees

  • All prices are displayed in Pound (£) unless otherwise specified.
  • International transactions may incur currency conversion fees determined by your bank/payment provider. tumahy.uk does not control these charges.

5. Order Confirmation

6. Refunds & Disputes

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Klarna payments follow Klarna’s refund policy outlined at klarna.com.

7. Failed Payments
If your payment fails:

② Contact your card issuer to approve international/online transactions.
③ Retry with an alternate payment method if issues persist.

  • Bank/card network delays or errors.
  • Fraudulent transactions processed through verified payment gateways.
